Lachi Media (hereinafter: “the Business”), which is accessible via the website located at: lachimedia.com (hereinafter: “the Website“), values the privacy of its Website users (as defined below) and is committed to protecting their Personal Information (as defined below), which is provided by them or collected by the Business during their visit to the Website.

3. Retention and Deletion of Personal Information
3.1. It may take some time for residual copies of the Personal Information to be completely deleted from the active servers and backup systems of the Business.
