Lachi Media is a performance-driven digital marketing agency founded in 2020
We help businesses turn paid media into qualified leads, sales, and revenue, with a strong focus on measurement, profitability, and the signals that actually matter to the business. Our work spans Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta, Local Services Ads, tracking, conversion infrastructure, and other paid channels across the US and other English-speaking markets.

Lachi Media was founded in 2020, but our experience in digital advertising goes back much further.
Roy has worked in paid search and performance marketing since 2012, with a focus on Google Ads, measurement, conversion tracking, and revenue-driven optimization. Lilach has worked in media buying and social advertising since 2009, with a strong focus on creative performance, audience behavior, and paid social strategy.
Together, we built Lachi Media around a simple idea: advertising should be judged by what it does for the business, not by how impressive the dashboard looks.
Roy leads paid search, measurement, and performance strategy at Lachi Media. His work focuses on Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Local Services Ads, conversion tracking, offline conversions, and helping advertising platforms optimize toward better customers rather than simply generating more leads.
Since 2012, he has managed paid media across local services, ecommerce, music, finance, nonprofits, and other performance-focused businesses, with an emphasis on connecting advertising data to the outcomes that matter after the click.
Lilach leads paid social and creative strategy at Lachi Media. She has worked in media buying since 2009 and focuses on understanding which creative ideas, messages, and formats actually influence performance.
Her approach combines creative strategy with structured measurement, so paid social becomes less about constantly producing new ads and more about learning which concepts work, why they work, and how those insights can improve future campaigns.
Generating a lead is only part of the job. For many of our clients, the more important questions begin after the form submission or phone call.
We connect advertising data with real business outcomes so campaigns can learn from qualified leads, booked jobs, closed sales, revenue, and profit whenever that data is available. That gives us a better understanding of which campaigns attract the right customers, which services are actually profitable, and where advertising spend creates the most value.
The closer advertising gets to those answers, the more useful the platforms’ optimization systems become.
Over the years, we have managed more than $250 million in paid media across multiple platforms, industries, and markets.
That experience has reinforced something we see constantly: more traffic, more leads, or a lower CPL does not automatically mean better marketing. Performance only becomes meaningful when it is connected to the quality and value of the business it generates.
That is why we try to measure as far down the funnel as the available data allows.
We work particularly closely with home service and contractor businesses, where lead quality, call handling, geography, job value, and close rate can matter just as much as the ad itself.
We also work with ecommerce companies, nonprofits, music businesses, lead-generation companies, and other organizations where paid media plays a meaningful role in growth. Our clients are primarily in the United States, along with businesses in the UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Israel.
Lachi Media is intentionally hands-on. Strategy and execution stay close to the people responsible for the account, without layers of junior account management between the client and the work.
That lets us move quickly, stay close to the data, question what the platforms are telling us, and spend more time on the parts of an account that actually affect performance.
Advertising platforms already have powerful optimization systems. Our job is to give them better information to work with.
That means better tracking, better conversion signals, better creative feedback, and a clearer understanding of revenue and customer quality. When those pieces improve, the platforms can make better decisions and the campaigns become more useful to the business.
That is what performance-driven marketing means to us.
